Physical form

18.75 mg/mLのニトロブルーテトラゾリウムクロライドおよび9.4 mg/mLの5-ブロモ-4-クロロ-3-インドリルリン酸塩、トルイジン塩の67%（DMSO）（v/v）溶液。
注：溶液の色は、帯黄色から淡褐色まで溶液により異なります。

Preparation Note

ワーキング溶液：染色溶液の調製
この溶液は、新鮮な状態を確保するため必ず使用直前に調製します。
  • DIGシステムを除くすべてのアプリケーションの場合：200 μLの保存溶液を、0.1 MトリスHCl、pH 9.5（20℃）、0.1 M NaCl、0.05 M MgCl2溶液10 mLに加えてください。
  • DIGシステムアプリケーションの場合：200 μLの保存溶液を、0.1 MトリスHCl、pH 9.5（20℃）、0.1 M NaCl溶液10 mLに加えてください。
注：MgCl2は、検出操作後のメンブレン上のまだらなバックグラウンドの原因となる可能性があるのでDIG検出緩衝液に含めないでください。水に不溶です。
