Application
- 幅広い真核細胞、asK-562やHepG2など、他の試薬で十分にトランスフェクトされていない多くの細胞株、およびトランスフェクトが困難な細胞株をトランスフェクトするように設計されています。
- 一時的にトランスフェクトされた細胞を使用した遺伝子発現解析、安定な細胞株の生成、遺伝子ノックダウン研究のためのsiRNAの発現、およびCRISPR遺伝子編集ツールなどさまざまなアプリケーションで正常に使用できます。
- 十分な数の細胞がトランスフェクトされると、最小限の細胞毒性や形態変化が生じるだけなので、トランスフェクション複合体を加えた後に培地を交換する必要がなくなります。
- 一時的で安定なトランスフェクションに適しています
