General description
リン酸緩衝生理食塩水は、一般にリン酸ナトリウム、塩化ナトリウムおよびリン酸カリウムを含む毒性のない生物学的緩衝液です。細胞の浸透圧による破裂や脱水を防ぎます。PBSは、細胞の洗浄、免疫組織化学検査、およびその他さまざまな細胞技術に広く用いられています。
Application
脊髄損傷（SCI）患者の褥瘡から創傷液タンパク質を定量するためのサンプル調製には、リン酸緩衝生理食塩水が用いられています。さまざまな生物学的研究における細胞の洗浄にも使用されています。
