Biochem/physiol Actions
トルイジンブルーは、カルボン酸塩、硫酸塩およびリン酸塩ラジカルなどの酸性組織成分の選択的染色に使われる塩基性チアジン異染性染料です。核酸に親和性を持つことが明らかになっており、そのためDNAとRNAを多く含む組織の核物質と結合します。
