Biochem/physiol Actions

作用機序:半合成のペニシリンであるアンピリシンは、細菌の細胞膜の内面でトランスペプチダーゼを失活させることによって細菌の細胞壁の合成を阻害するβ-ラクタムです。

耐性機序:β-ラクタマーゼを投与するとアンピシリンのラクタム環が開裂し、それを失活させます。

抗菌スペクトル:グラム陽性細菌(ベンジルペニシリンと同様)およびグラム陰性細菌(テトラサイクリンおよびクロラムフェニコールと同様)の両方に対して有効です。
