General description

シアノコバラミン（B12）は水溶性ビタミンであり、主に乳製品、肉や卵などの畜産物に含まれています。一般にコバラミンと呼ばれるB12クラスのビタミンに属します。シアノコバラミンは、赤道面上の4つの窒素配位子により配位された中央コバルト原子と4つのピロール環で構成されています。
