Biochem/physiol Actions

ジメチルスルホキシド（DMSO）は、低分子量で弱親水性の浸透性に優れた凍結防止剤で、ポリメラーゼ連鎖反応（PCR）に使用されるほか、細胞、組織および器官の保存用の凍結防止ガラス化剤としても使用される極性非プロトン性溶媒です。
