Biochem/physiol Actions

ヘパリンは、主に血液の凝固を遅らせる役割を持っています。凝固経路において、アンチトロンビンを介したプロテアーゼの不活化を促進します。

ヘパリンは、肥満細胞と、ヒスタミンなどのメディエーターで合成され、アレルギー活性と炎症活性に関与します。ヘパリンは、静脈血栓症および肺塞栓症に対して治療効果を示し、血栓溶解後の再血栓症を防ぐために役立ち、急性心筋梗塞患者の動脈血栓症を管理します。ヘパリンは、熱傷、気管支ぜんそく、および潰瘍性大腸炎などの多くの炎症症状において抗炎症作用を示します。

General description

ヘパリンは、ムコ多糖類に属するグリコサミノグリカン（GAG）であり、強力な抗凝血性を示すことが知られています。この広範に硫酸化された多糖は、グリコシド結合によって連結されたD-グルコサミンとヘキスロン酸によって構成されます。ヘパリンは、生化学や細胞培養に関する研究に幅広く使用されています。
