General description
亜硫酸水素ナトリウムは、その抗酸化作用と抗菌作用により、医薬品や食品の還元剤、触媒、防腐剤として広く使用されている工業薬品です。
重亜硫酸ナトリウムの水溶液は酸性です。重亜硫酸ナトリウムを酸で分解することにより二酸化硫黄ガスが生成されます。
Application
亜硫酸水素ナトリウムは以下として使用できます：
- 芳香族および脂肪族アルデヒドからアルデヒド重亜硫酸付加物を合成する試薬。
- 分子間脱水により対称および非対称エーテルを合成するための、芳香族/脂肪族アルコールの無溶媒エーテル化における触媒。
- 対称ピロールを合成するためのケトオキシムカルボキシレートの銅触媒ホモカップリングにおける添加剤。
重亜硫酸ナトリウム（NaHSO3）は、DNAを化学修飾する免疫沈降（IP）用バッファーを作製する試薬として、またヒ素脂質（AsL）の合成試薬として使用されています。
5,6-ジヒドロウラシル-6-スルホナートの合成における試薬としても使用されています。
