Application

酢酸は様々な酸化反応の溶剤として広く用いられています。酢酸は電子伝達解離（ETD）タンデム質量分析法（MS/MS）による合成ペプチドの分析に用いられています。酢酸はペルヒドロール（30%過酸化水素）との反応による過酢酸（殺菌薬）の生成に用いられています。
