アセトニトリル

アセトニトリル(MeCN、ACN)は、有機合成における反応溶媒および化学中間体として一般的に使用される脂肪族ニトリルです。MeCNは粘度が低く、溶出強度が高く、水との混和性が高いため、多くのクロマトグラフィー技術で移動相溶媒として使用されます。

アセトニトリルは、以下の用途に溶媒として使用できます。      

• 固相ペプチド合成。     
• シアル化反応。      
• NaBH₄を用いた硝酸銅塩の還元による銅ナノ粒子の合成。調製中、ACNは保護溶媒として機能し、ナノ粒子の酸化を防ぎます。      
• ヨウ化アリールとジフェニルジセレニドのCu触媒カップリング反応によるジアリールセレニドの調製。このプロセスでは、ACNは銅触媒のリガンドとしても機能して触媒活性を高めます。
