マウスにおける肝臓の超低比重リポ蛋白（VLDL）-トリグリセリド（TG）分泌を評価するためのリポ蛋白リパーゼ活性阻害薬として
マウスにおけるVLDL分泌アッセイ
肝臓のトリグリセリド産生のためリン酸緩衝生理食塩水（PBS）に溶解してマウスに腹腔内注射

ポロクサマー407（P407）は、特定のポリマー濃度および温度を超える可逆的なゲル化特性を示します。ポロクサマー407ベースの無菌注射剤は、薬物送達の優れた候補です。P407熱応答性ヒドロゲルは粘膜を刺激しないため、粘膜薬物送達システムとして広く使用されています。米国食品医薬品局（FDA）は、経口液剤、懸濁剤、吸入製剤などのいくつかの製剤について、P407を「不活性成分」と呼称しています。
