Biochem/physiol Actions
デキストランは、多様なサイズおよび形状のグルコースポリマーの混合物です。デキストラン硫酸型のデキストランは抗凝血薬として作用します。デキストランは、血液凝固因子への作用および血小板の機能により、血餅形成を阻害します。本化合物は血餅形成に要する時間を延長し、血餅の最大強度を低下させます。デキストランによるホメオスタシスの乱れは、出血、大腸炎、および腎不全を増加させる可能性があります。
