General description
2′,7′-ジクロロフルオレセインジアセテート(別名DCFHDAまたはDcfh-DA)は、高感度の細胞透過性酸化還元プローブです。親油性非蛍光Dcfh-DAは、受動拡散と後続の脱アセチル化によって細胞膜を容易に通過します。その脱アシル化産物が、酸化剤への感受性をもつ2′,7′-ジクロロフルオレセイン(DCHF)です。 DCHFはその後酸化され、測定対象となる高蛍光性のDCFが形成されます。
