General description

N-ラウロイルサルコシンナトリウム塩は、元素量の厳密な管理を必要とするプロセスに適用できます。本製品は、膜タンパク質と糖タンパク質の可溶化・分離、RNAとプラスミドの単離に役立ちます。N-ラウロイルサルコシンナトリウム塩は消泡剤として、また細菌などの細胞の溶解緩衝液の成分として働きます。これは、ミセル中間相での常磁性異方性の符号変化を示しています。N-ラウロイルサルコシンナトリウム塩は、ヘキソキナーゼおよびヒト唾液／腸の細菌叢を0.25％阻害します。また、水分散液（1％）で静菌活性を示します。N-ラウロイルサルコシン（LS）は、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム（SLS）と構造的に似たタンパク質変性作用をもつ陰イオン性界面活性剤です。単純ヘルペスウイルス（HSV）の感染力をin vitroで不活化できます。本製品は、HSVやヒト免疫不全ウイルス1型（HIV-1）のほか、場合によっては性感染症（STD）を引き起こすその他の病原体についても、感染を阻止する膣用外用剤の殺菌薬として使用されます。
