ヤギで産生される抗ウサギIgG（全分子）-ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、免疫蛍光染色時の二次抗体として使用されています。
二次抗体としてHRP抱合ヤギ抗ウサギIgGを用い、C33A細胞溶解物の共免疫沈降分析およびウエスタンブロット分析が行われました。
抗ウサギIgG（全分子）–ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、ウエスタンブロッティング、免疫蛍光染色、免疫化学的検査および免疫沈降に使用されています。

Biochem/physiol Actions

IgG（免疫グロブリン）はいくつかの免疫反応を調節し、それは主に免疫防御に役立ちます。免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、II型およびIII型の過敏症に関与しています。また、オプソニン化、補体結合および抗体に依存した細胞媒介性の細胞毒性に寄与します。

General description

ヤギ抗ウサギIgG-ペルオキシダーゼ抱合体は、すべてのウサギIgと会合します。本複合体は、免疫電気泳動（IEP）によるヒトIgGとの反応を示しません。さらに、本抗体はヒトIgGで吸着されるため、ヒト検体によるバックグラウンド染色が抑えられます。
免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は免疫グロブリンファミリーに属し、広く発現する血清抗体です。免疫グロブリンは、ジスルフィド結合により連結された2本の重鎖および2本の軽鎖を有します。これは糖タンパク質であり、主に免疫防御を支援します。IgGは、免疫グロブリンの主要なクラスです。免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、II型およびIII型の過敏症に関与しています。ウサギIgGは、さらに5つのクラスであるIgM、IgG、IgA、IgDおよびIgEに分けられます。これは、1つのインターヘビージスルフィド架橋を持つわずか1つのIgG変異体を有します。また、オプソニン化、補体結合および抗体に依存した細胞媒介性の細胞毒性に寄与します。

Preparation Note

2段階グルタルアルデヒド法により調製します。
連続使用する場合、2～8℃で最大1ヵ月間保存します。長期間保存する場合、溶液はワーキングアリコートの状態で凍結できます。凍結融解の繰り返し、または「自動霜取装置付き」冷凍庫での保存はお勧めしません。長期間の保存で軽微な濁りが生じた場合は、使用前に遠心分離により溶液を澄明化します。
