General description
Avidin is homotetrameric protein (68 kDa) that is obtained from egg whites.
Application
IgG製剤中の胞子に含まれる標識ポリクローナルIgGの量の測定。既知濃度の卵白由来FITCアビジンおよびビオチンIgGアビジンを300nmにおいて過剰量で使用しました。
