General description
免疫グロブリンG（IgG）は、ファゴサイトーシスなどの免疫応答を調節する糖タンパク質抗体であり、自己免疫疾患の発症にも関与しています。マウスIgGは、4種類の異なるアイソタイプ、つまり、IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b、およびIgG3に分類されます。IgG1は、マウスにおいて補体結合反応を調節します。ペルオキシダーゼ標識抗マウス IgG（全分子）抗体は、マウス IgG に特異的です。

Application
HRP コンジュゲートヤギ抗マウス IgG を、二次抗体として 1:4000 の希釈率で使用し、トランスフェクションした HeLa 細胞ライセートのウェスタンブロット解析が実施されました。
ペルオキシダーゼ標識抗マウス IgG（全分子）抗体は、イムノブロットでの使用に適しています（1：2000）。本製品は直接 ELISA 法にも使用できます：1:10,000。

1%ウシ血清アルブミンと保存剤を含む0.01 Mリン酸緩衝液生理食塩水溶液（pH 7.4）。
