IgGは、いくつかの免疫応答を調節する糖タンパク質抗体です。標的タンパク質に対するウサギポリクローナルIgGは、さまざまな研究の用途において、一次抗体としてよく使用されます。そのため、検出可能な基質に結合させた二次ポリクローナル抗ウサギIgGは、標的タンパク質の免疫学的解析に有用な手段となります。抗ウサギIgG（全分子）-ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、ELISAではすべてのウサギIgGに特異的に結合しますが、ヒト血清タンパク質に結合しません。

二次抗体としてHRP抱合ヤギ抗ウサギIgGを用い、C33A細胞溶解物の共免疫沈降分析およびウエスタンブロット分析が行われました。
抗ウサギIgG（全分子）-ペルオキシダーゼ抗体は、サンドイッチELISA（PBS-0.05% Tween 20で1：3000に希釈）および免疫電気泳動に使用できます。本製品は、ウェスタンブロッティング用途にも使用できます（マウス肝臓ホモジネート、またはマウス胎仔線維芽細胞にて1：2000希釈）。
