General description
アルカリホスファターゼ反応には、アルカリバッファー溶液（1.5M、pH 10.3、25℃）を使用します。2-アミノ-2-メチルプロパノール（AMP）を含有し、p-ニトロフェニルリン酸（pNPP）酵素基質とともに使用されます。
Application
アルカリバッファー溶液は、以下の物質中のアルカリホスファターゼ（ALP）活性の測定に使用されています：
- ラット骨髄間質細胞（BMSC）
- 骨芽細胞様細胞（SaoS-2、ATCC HTB 85）
- マウスMC3T3-E1
