CelLytic™ B細胞溶解試薬は、補酵素Q10、組換えSrcキナーゼ関連リンタンパク質1-グルタチオンS-トランスフェラーゼ（GST）融合タンパク質およびヒトα-シヌクレインを抽出するための細胞溶解に使用されています。
バクテリア細胞を溶解し、組み換えタンパク質の抽出に用いる独自組成の両性イオン界面活性剤で、タンパク質を変性させません。

  • ト 1~25 gのバクテリア細胞ペ-ストに使用できます。
  • アフィニティ-クロマトグラフィ-、IP、ウェスタンブロット等その後のアプリケ-ションにに影響を与えません。
  • プロテア-ゼインヒビタ-、インヒビタ-カクテル、カオトロ-プ、塩、キレ-ト剤、還元剤と一緒に使用できます。
