ビシンコニン酸キットは、唾液プロテオームサンプル、ヒト胎児性腎 293 細胞および黄体細胞のタンパク質定量に使用されています。
Biochem/physiol Actions
タンパク質は濃度依存的に、アルカリ性の Cu(II) を Cu(I) に還元します。 ビシンコニン酸は、Cu(I) に極めて特異的な発色試薬であり、562 nm に吸収極大を持つ紫色の複合体を形成します。 吸収は、タンパク質の濃度に直接比例します。これはタンパク定量用の Folin-Ciocalteu 試薬に代わるものです。
