Biochem/physiol Actions

クリスタルバイオレットは、アガロースゲルにおけるDNAの可視化に使用されます。この色素は、高濃度DNAの存在下でのみ使用されます。クリスタルバイオレットは、グラム染色法での細菌の染色にも使用されます。植物染色体の染色にも使用されます。クリスタルバイオレットは、細胞生存度の比色測定にも役立ちます。
