CelLytic MTはタンパク抽出を効率的に行なうための試薬です。リシスバッファ-は透析除去可能な穏和な界面活性剤、ビシン、150mM NaClからなり、タンパク質間相互作用や生物学的活性への影響を最小限にしてあります。CelLytic MTはセルラインタンパク質の抽出にも使用できます。組織1gに対しCelLytic MT 20 mLを使用します。
