Biochem/physiol Actions

MYC（MYC 癌原遺伝子）は、癌化や、癌の促進および治療耐性に不可欠であると考えられています。DLBCL（びまん性大細胞型 B 細胞リンパ腫）における MYC の過剰発現は、リツキシマブに、シクロホスファミド、ドキソルビシン、ビンクリスチン、プレドニゾンを加えた治療（R-CHOP）において、予後不良および浸潤性の治療という結果をもたらします。細胞骨髄細胞腫症（c-myc）癌遺伝子は、細胞の増殖、分化、およびアポトーシスにおいて重要な役割を果たします。遺伝子発現の転写調節因子として機能します。
N 末端または C 末端に c-Myc（Glu-Gln-Lys-Leu-Ile-Ser-Glu-Glu-Asp-Leu）タグを持った融合タンパク質。

General description

MYC（MYC 癌原遺伝子）は、転写因子であり、腫瘍性タンパク質です。また、クロモソーム 8q24 に存在します。c-Myc 遺伝子は、塩基性 helix-loop-helix/leucine zipper（bHLH/LZ）転写因子をコードします。
抗 c-Myc 抗体は、c-Myc タグ付き融合タンパク質上の c-Myc タグ配列の検出に使用されます。このポリクローナル抗体は、ウサギで作成されており、N 末端および C 末端の c-Myc 配列を認識します。C3956 はアフィニティ精製済みの抗体であり、ほとんどのアプリケーションにおいて高い感度を示します。

Immunogen

ヒト c-myc 癌原遺伝子のアミノ酸 408-425 に相当するペプチドに、C 末端に付加されたシステイン残基を通じて、マレイミド活性化 KLH をコンジュゲートしました。
