クレシルバイオレットアセテート（別名オキサジン9）は、中等度のサイズの平面共役系を持つ小さなジアミノベンゾオキサジン色素です。
Application
クレシルバイオレットアセテートは、脊髄や脳由来の切片のニッスル染色に使用されています。また、神経解剖学的研究における核やニッスル物質の実証にも適しています。クレシルバイオレットのその他の用途としては、性染色体の染色、ヘリコバクターの同定、内視鏡手術における生体染色としての診断などがあります。
脊椎と脳のパラフィン切片のニッスル染色、軟骨と肥満細胞顆粒の染色に用いられます。
