General description
細胞の凍結または培養細胞の凍結保存は、日常的な作業です。保存中の細胞の完全性を保つことが非常に重要です。多く用いられる凍結防止剤には、グリセロール、エチレングリコールおよびジメチルスルホキシド（DMSO）が含まれます。
Application
細胞凍結培地-DMSO 1×は、ヒト胎児腎臓HEK293 CNR2細胞、血中単核球および前立腺がん細胞の凍結保存に使用されています。

すぐに使用可能な培地です。最少必須培地、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)、仔ウシ血清およびウシ胎児血清を含有する独自の組成です。
