General description

ECACC CHO K1に由来するCHO-K1細胞は、懸濁液および無血清の化学的に明らかにされた培地に適応しています。細胞は、化学的に明らかにされた、動物成分を含まないEX-CELL® CD CHO融合培地に保存されたcGMPです。
成体のチャイニーズハムスターの卵巣に由来する親CHO細胞株のサブクローン。プロリン合成のための遺伝子がないため、細胞はプロリンを必要とし、生合成鎖の遮断は、グルタミン酸をグルタミンγセリアルデヒドに変換するステップにあります。これらの細胞はコレラ毒素に反応して形態学的変化を起こします。

チャイニーズハムスター卵巣。 親のCHO-K1細胞株は、1957年にPuckにより誕生しました。

CHOZN CHO K1細胞は、107細胞/mLで1 mLを含むバイアルで顧客に提供されます。 細胞は、4 mM Lグルタミンと7％ DMSOを含むEX-CELL CD Fusion培地に保存されます。
