General description
ダルベッコ′改変イーグル′培地（DMEM）は、基礎培地（BME）の改変版で、高濃度のアミノ酸、ビタミン、追加の栄養補助成分を含んでいます。マウス胎児細胞の培養用として最初に出された当初のDMEM調製物には、グルコース1,000 mg/Lが含まれました。グルコース4,500 mg/Lへの変更は、特定の細胞タイプの培養に最適です。この改変により、培地の安定性が向上することが示されています。
