Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

フィブロネクチン（FN）／FN1（フィブロネクチン1）は、肝星状細胞（HSC）が生成する多機能性糖タンパク質です。それは、細胞外マトリックス（ECM）の構成要素です。FN1は細胞膜と細胞質に見られます。また、in vivoで線維芽細胞、内皮細胞、マクロファージ、および肝細胞により合成され遊離されます。

Other Notes

フィブロネクチンは、細胞表面および血漿の両方に見られる接着性糖タンパク質です。

Preparation Note

本製品は、0.05 Mトリス緩衝食塩水、pH 7.5溶液から凍結乾燥されました。 1 mg/mLで水に可溶であり、37°Cで最低でも30分間溶解させてください。少量の不溶解物が残るかもしれませんが、性能には影響しません。 タンパク質の均質性は免疫電気泳動により評価され、単一の円弧が示されてエンドトキシンが試験され、原材料のHIV、B型肝炎およびC型肝炎の検査結果は陰性でした。

培養表面をコーティングするとき、フィブロネクチンを無菌平衡無菌塩溶液で希釈し、最小限の容量でコーティングする必要があります。 その後、表面を45分間、室温で乾燥させます。2～8°Cで2～4週間保存できます。
