Freund′s adjuvant (incomplete)は、Complete Freund′s Adjuvantに含まれるマイコバクテリアを含まないため、副作用を最小限に抑えます。Freund′s Adjuvant, Incompleteはブースト注入に使用されます。本製品は、抗血清からモノクローナル抗体を作成するために、動物に注入される抗原の乳化に使用されます。
フロイントアジュバントは、免疫原の油中水型エマルジョンの作成に使用できます。油中水型エマルジョン中の抗原は、緩徐に放出されるため持続的で高い抗体応答を刺激します。
