Application
ATPアッセイキットは、L. donovani promastigote（リーシュマニア）から分離されたミトコンドリア画分に存在する細胞ATPのレベルを測定するために使用されています。
アデノシン5′-三リン酸（ATP）アッセイミックスは、ATP生存率アッセイにおいて細胞ATPのレベルを測定するためにも使用されています。
General description
アデノシン5’-三リン酸（ATP）生物発光アッセイキットは、2x10–12～8x10–5 mol/Lを含有するサンプル中の、アデノシン5’-三リン酸（ATP）の定量生物発光測定に使用できます。ルシフェラーゼがD-ルシフェリンの酸化を触媒すると、ATPが消費され、光を発します。

ルシフェラーゼ、ルシフェリン、MgSO4、EDTA、DTT、BSA、およびトリシン緩衝液が含まれています。
