Biochem/physiol Actions

ヒドロコルチゾン（コルチゾールとも呼ばれる）は、副腎により分泌される内因性グルココルチコイドです。これは、視床下部–下垂体–副腎（HPA）軸から産生されます。ヒドロコルチゾンは、グルココルチコイド受容体と相互作用し、様々なシグナル伝達経路を調節します。これは、エネルギー動員の誘発、脳灌流速度の増加および局所的なグルコース消費と関連しています。また、心血管の出力および呼吸の増加、血液の再分配、脳および筋肉への分子およびエネルギーの送達ならびに免疫反応の調節にも関連しています。
副腎皮質から分泌される主要なグルココルチコイドです。
副腎皮質から分泌される主要なグルココルチコイドです。コルチコステロンの3倍の抗炎症作用がありますが、Na+ 保持力は非常に低いです。

Physical form

粉末は室温で保存できます。ストック溶液は分注して凍結保存してください。凍結融解の繰り返しは避けてください。

Preparation Note

50 μg/mLのストック溶液を調製するには、製品1.0 mgに対して無水エタノ-ル1 mLを添加し、穏和に撹拌して溶解させ、滅菌培地19 mLを加えます。
