Biochem/physiol Actions

これらの酵素は、ヒアルロン酸、コンドロイチン、および硫酸コンドロイチン内のβ-N-アセチルヘキソサミン-[1→4] グリコシド結合をランダムに切断します。
ヒアルロニダーゼはヒアルロン酸を分解し、がんの進行中不適切に制御されることがわかっています。
