  • カルフィルゾミブ（PR-171）の再構成のためのクエン酸ナトリウム溶液の成分として

General description

2-ヒドロキシプロピル-β-シクロデキストリンは、環状オリゴ糖であるβ-シクロデキストリンの化学的修飾により得られます。ワクチンの強力なアジュバントとして使用されます。水性バッファー中2-ヒドロキシプロピル-β-シクロデキストリンは、薬剤の溶解性を高めます。マウスおよびウサギにおいて無毒です。薬剤／シクロデキストリン複合体の形成は、迅速な不可逆的反応であり、この複合体は溶液中でも結晶状態でも存在します。このような複合体の多くの溶液は、凍結乾燥されて溶けやすい粉末が得られ、この粉末は錠剤に圧縮されることもあります。
