General description

カルディオグリーンは負電荷を持つポリメチン色素で、タンパク質と非共有結合蛍光錯体を形成します。この「偽性蛍光発生（pseudofluorogenic）」特性は、キャピラリー電気泳動/ダイオードレーザ励起蛍光検出によるタンパク質測定に利用されています。
