General description

イブプロフェンは一般に使用されている非ステロイド系抗炎症薬（NSAID）であり、疼痛緩和、抗炎症、解熱作用があることで知られています。本品は、βアドレナリン遮断剤、アンジオテンシン変換酵素阻害剤、アンジオテンシン受容体遮断剤、利尿剤などのさまざまな降圧薬の有効性を妨げる可能性があります。イブプロフェンは脳脊髄液中に非結合状態で存在し、関節炎患者の炎症関節の滑液中で蓄積します。
