General description

  • 哺乳類組織からのDNAの沈殿、DNAサンプルからの臭化エチジウムの抽出、細胞および組織からのRNAの単離。
  • タンパク質結晶化。
  • HPLCおよびHPLC-MS分析に備えて生体マトリックスからレチノイドを単離します。
