エンドウPisum sativum（エンドウマメ）由来のレクチンは、先体の状態および精子の生存能の判定、ならびに精子の先体反応（AR）パターンの評価に使用されます。
Biochem/physiol Actions
PSAは血液型特異的ではありませんが、末端α-D-マンノシル基に対し親和性を示します。 PSAはコンカナバリンAに類似したマイトジェンです。
エンドウPisum sativum（エンドウマメ）由来のレクチンは、抗肝がん作用およびコンカナバリンA（Con A）のようなリンパ球に対する分裂促進性を有しています。
Preparation Note
コンジュゲートはアフィニティ精製レクチンから作製されています。
Analysis Note
凝集活性は、1 mg/mL溶液をPBS(pH 6.8)で段階希釈して測定し、μg/mLの単位で表します。凝集活性は、25°Cで1時間インキュベートした場合、ヒト赤血球の2%懸濁液を凝集させる最低濃度で示されます。
