General description

19アミノ酸が含まれています。必須アミノ酸と非必須アミノ酸、L-ala、L-asn、L-asp、L-glu、L-gly、L-pro、L-ser。還元された血清の存在下または無血清培地の開発の基礎として、接着細胞の増殖に好ましいかもしれません。
イーグル最小必須培地は、無機塩、水溶性ビタミン、糖、および必須アミノ酸で構成されています。多くの細胞培養研究の培地処方として広く使用されています。基礎培地イーグル（BME）の改変バージョンであり、大多数のアミノ酸の濃度はBMEの2倍になっています。

Preparation Note

2.2 g/Lの炭酸水素ナトリウムを添加してください。
培地1Lあたり粉末9.6 gが含まれる組成になっています。
