General description
最少必須培地(MEM)は、Harry Eagleにより開発された合成細胞培養培地です。この培地には高濃度のアミノ酸が含まれるため、培養哺乳類細胞のタンパク質組成とより近似しています。ハンクス′塩またはアール′塩を使用したこの調製物に非必須アミノ酸を任意補給することで、この培地の用途が広がります。αMEMとしても知られる、アール′平衡塩を用いたMEMのα改変版には、非必須アミノ酸、ピルビン酸ナトリウム、および追加のビタミンが含まれています。
Preparation Note
2.2 g/Lの炭酸水素ナトリウムを添加してください。
