General description

イーグル最少必須培地には19個のアミノ酸が含まれています。必須アミノ酸および非必須アミノ酸：L-ala、L-asn、L-asp、L-glu、L-gly、L-pro、L-ser。この培地は、低血清存在下での接着細胞の増殖や、無血清培地の開発のベースとして好まれます。単層で増殖するさまざまな細胞に適しています。

Preparation Note

0.292 g/LのL-グルタミンおよび2.2 g/Lの重炭酸ナトリウムを添加してください。
培地1 Lあたり粉末9.3 gが含まれる組成になっています。
