General description
IgG抗体サブタイプは、免疫系に最も豊富にある血清免疫グロブリンです。B細胞から分泌され、血中と細胞外液中に見られ、細菌、真菌およびウイルスに起因する感染症から保護します。母体IgGは、新生児の感染に対する免疫防御に不可欠な胎盤を通して胎児に移行します。
抗マウスIgG（全分子）抗体は、IgG1、G2a、G3、マウスIgM、IgAを認識します。アフィニティー分離された抗体の同一性と純度は、免疫電気泳動で決定されます。
