General description

The LookOut® Mycoplasma PCR Detection Kitでは、細胞培養物中および他の細胞培養由来の生物学的製剤中のMycoplasma（マイコプラズマ）、Acholeplasma（アコレプラズマ）、およびUreaplasma（ウレアプラズマ）汚染の検出において最高感度に最適な方法として確立されているポリメラーゼ連鎖反応（PCR）を利用します。キットは、Mycoplasma fermentansのゲノムDNAを20～20,000コピーの濃度で増幅する能力について良好に検査されました。
本キットに含まれる反応チューブは、適切なdNTP、プライマー、およびローディング色素でプレコートされています。 反応チューブの個別ローディングが必要となる一般的なプロトコルと比べて、総アッセイ時間が大幅に短縮されます。

本キットは、製品番号D9307との使用に最適化されています。3’-5’エキソヌクレアーゼ活性を有するDNAポリメラーゼは推奨されません。これらにはTli、Pfu、およびPwoが含まれます。使用される場合のあるDNAポリメラーゼは、Taq, Tfl、およびTthなどです。
