Application

ナロキソン塩酸塩二水和物は以下のように用いられています：

  • システムの最大効果（Emax）決定のための参照ニュートラルアンタゴニストとして

Biochem/physiol Actions

μ、κ、δ および σ オピオイド受容体競合的アンタゴニスト；オピオイド部位の σ-アゴニストの作用をブロックします。ナロキソンのアンタゴニストとしての効果は約 45 分しか持続しないため、反復投与が必要となります。肺水腫のような重篤な副作用をもたらします。
