ORAIカルシウム放出活性化カルシウムモジュレーター1（ORAI1）は、細胞へのCa2+流入を調節します。このチャネルは、間質相互作用分子-1（STIM-1）によって活性化されます。このタンパク質をコードする遺伝子の変異は、遅発性の管状凝集体ミオパチーと先天性縮瞳に関連していることが示されています。

General description
ORAIカルシウム放出活性化カルシウムモジュレーター1（ORAI1）は、Ca2+放出活性化（CRAC）チャネルの孔形成サブユニットです。このタンパク質は、4つの予測される膜貫通ドメインと、細胞内のアミノおよびカルボキシ末端ドメインを有しています。ORAI1遺伝子はヒト染色体12q24.31に位置します。
Immunogen
ヒトORAI1のアミノ酸288~301に相当する合成ペプチドのKLH結合体。相当する配列はラットおよびマウスでは2アミノ酸異なります。
