General description
プロテアーゼに対するインヒビターカクテルは、一般的な使用に対して最適化され、テストされています。セリン、システインおよびメタロプロテアーゼを効果的に阻害する水溶性プロテアーゼ阻害薬から構成されます。本製品は、凍結乾燥粉末として提供されています。
Application
Protease Inhibitor Cocktail powderは、以下における成分として使用されています：
- ウェスタンブロット用のトリ水晶体サンプルを溶解するための放射免疫沈降アッセイバッファー
- ウイルス様粒子（VLP）精製用の組換えタンパク質を発現している葉を粉砕するためのリン酸バッファー（PBS）
- ペプチド精製用のA. loloensisの凍結乾燥皮膚分泌物サンプルを溶解するためのPBS
- カエルの皮膚分泌物を洗浄・採取するための0.1 M NaCl溶液
Biochem/physiol Actions
AEBSFおよびアプロチニンなどの本混合物の成分は、特にトリプシン、キモトリプシンおよびプラスミンなどのセリンプロテアーゼを阻害します。 ベスタチンはアミンペプチダーゼを阻害します。 E-64はシステインプロテアーゼに対して作用します。EDTAはメタロプロテアーゼの阻害剤です。 ロイペプチンは、セリンプロテアーゼとシステインプロテアーゼの両方に対して作用します。

Preparation Note
