General description
Tween® 20 を含むリン酸緩衝生理食塩水（PBS-T）は、主にイムノアッセイにおいて洗浄バッファーおよびブロッキングバッファーとして使用されます。リン酸バッファーはpH 7.4を安定して維持し、多くの生物学的反応やアッセイに適しています。PBS-T中の塩または生理食塩水溶液は、最適なタンパク質溶解度および安定性に必要なイオン強度を提供します。非イオン性界面活性剤である 0.05% TWEEN 20 を添加すると、タンパク質の非特異的結合部位が阻害されるため、バックグラウンドシグナルの低減に役立ちます。PBS-T バッファーは、不要な物質を除去して洗浄効率を高め、非特異的抗体結合部位を減らす一方で、標的タンパク質の完全性を維持します。
