General description

プレドニゾロンは、in vitroでプロテアーゼの作用を妨げます。筋形成を促進し、アポトーシスを抑制します。プレドニゾロンはデュシェンヌ型筋ジストロフィー（DMD）、通風性関節炎、及び慢性閉塞性肺疾患（COPD）増悪の治療に使用されます。
