Preparation Note
10x PBSは、
- 30 mMリン酸ナトリウム
- 1.5 M塩化ナトリウム
- 10.5 mMリン酸カリウムを含有します。
10x PBSを、分子生物学グレードの水を用いて1x 標準溶液に希釈します。
